Image
Hey Guys I am back! As promised I have posted the sequel to my story! Without much ado let's dive in! A quick recap : Jace, Louis and Jade are practicing when Jace suggests Jade to take permission and to participate in the International Dance Tournament, but none of the young dancers knew that Antonio ( Marvin's assistant) had been eavesdropping on them all the while.  Let's see what happens as Antonio formulates a treacherous plan in his mind to crash the dream of a young dancer.   The next day Antonio called Kenzie and said “Kenzie dear, you know that you are the best dancer in the institute but Marvin is doing some treachery, he is thinking of replacing another girl instead of you.” Kenzie shocked by this asked Antonio “Sir, who is that girl?’” “Her name is Jade and she works in the props department, I have heard she is a great dancer” replied Antonio. “What! A props girl instead of ME? Wait till I show who Kenzie is!” said Kenzie in anger. Antonio’s plan was working pe

A Dance to Remember

Hey guys! I am back !  I know I kind of took a long break cause of my exams school and what not. So this time I came up with something different..... A story!  I love reading stories but writing stories  is something I always wanted to try out, so for the first time I did write one. I hope all of you have fun reading!!! .   Jade, a girl with little money but big dreams. She had lived her entire life in an orphanage.  She had a dream that she really wanted to fulfil and that was her dream of becoming a dancer!  But alas! She did not have enough money even to get her own food, joining a dance institute well, seemed to remain a dream for her. On the other hand, Kenzie was a really rich girl with the same dream of dancing, her dad enrolled her in the best dance Academy in the city. She was a skillful dancer. Jade too lived in the same city and every day she used to peep through a glass paned window in the dance academy which showed the room where the students practiced. Jade noted each an

Pseudoscience: The Sequel

Image
Hey guys! Here we meet in another post "Pseudoscience: The Sequel. In this post I will be given you all some super fascinating examples of Pseudoscience. So, without much ado....let's jump in!!! To have a quick brush up of my previous post, Pseudoscience is anything that is partially factual as well as scientific. Now let's see some examples..... 1. Telekinesis Telekinesis or psychokinesis is the physical ability of a person to influence any physically object without any physical interaction. In simple word it is basically like you stare at something.....let us take an example of a cricket ball, well you stare at the ball (let's assume that it is kept on a table) and even without you having any physical interaction with the ball the ball floats up as if gravity has gone *poof*. Sounds spooky?๐Ÿ˜ฐ I know it seems like the stuff you actually find in movies where the people freeze things mid air, levitation and many more.  But science opposes this because science believe

Pseudoscience!

Hey guys! here we meet in another post! I know it has been a month since I have written one cause I was busy searching for a stupefying topic...and ya I guess I have found a topic worth the search!...I hope you all enjoy reading!!! In today's post we shall get to know what is PSEUDOSCIENCE!!!! So have you heard of the word Pseudoscience?.... If it sounds Greek and Latin then you are not wrong,  Cause it IS Greek and Latin....I am not joking.! So basically the word " PSEUDOSCIENCE" is derived from Greek where PSEUDO meaning FALSE and from LATIN where SCIENTIA means KNOWLEDGE. I guess now you get it why I said it is Greek and Latin๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… What is Pseudoscience?  So Pseudoscience is anything that is both Factual and Fictitious....that is, it is scientific as well as incompatible with scientific method. Confusing? Then let me give you a simple example.... I am pretty sure all of you have heard of the Bermuda Triangle, in short, it is a area where unexplained things take place s

Tips to become a good writer!

Image
Hey Guys ! Here we meet in another post.... In this post I thought I shall give a few tips on writing....Frankly saying writing is really a tiring thing to do....We need to keep a whole lot of things in mind before we start writing something, so I will be giving you all a few tips to master writing!  1. Choose a comfy spot     This might sound silly but is extremely true. When you start anything not only writing it is very important that you choose a place where you can think in peace...It can be anywhere; your room, balcony etc. The more you are in your favorite place the more freely your thought processes flow and the more peaceful you feel. And u will also find yourself more engrossed in what you are writing. I repeat start your writing by choosing a comfy spot that suites you best. 2. Format your plot     One of the most important thing while writing is to be organized with what we are writing. It is a necessary to have a basic road map on what order we are going to write. And onl

Hey guys ! Here I'm back in another post ..... I know it has been a month since I have written because I had exams going on ......Yes you have heard it right EXAMS...that to online!...and that is what gave me an idea to write this post on "EXAMS: FUN/MISERY?"  Well..I thought it would be quiet simple if I write only my thoughts on exams...so I tried a different approach ...I asked all my friends their opinion on exams (specifically online exams  as that is what all of us have been recently writing) and surprisingly I got an active response!...so here I have put together all their thoughts and mine too at the last! I hope all of u have a fun time reading!!!! Let's start with what my friend Niya has got to say about exams.... NIYA :  "   I didn't feel any difficulties. I was stressed on the day of physics, geography, maths and chemistry. I guess I had mixed feelings about exams in general. I was partly excited about writing my first online exam and partly str

My Visit to the Most Magnificent temple of all times!

Image
Hey Guys! Here we meet again in another mind blowing post.....So I am here to give you my views of the Brihadiswara temple!. To just give an intro : It is a magnificent temple located in Thanjavur ( Tanjore) ,Tamilnadu . It was built by a Chola King  Rajaraja Chola.  Now I am gonna give you all a brief narrative on this temple based on my visit. FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE BEST IMPRESSION  As soon as I first laid my eyes on this temple.......... I was awestruck! literally awestruck!. This was the most massive temple I have ever seen. It looked so inviting .  As soon as I entered I saw the first Gopuram (Gateway) . This gopuram is called the KERALANTAKAN TIRUVASAL which means "the sacred gate of the Keralantakan. the word Kerlantakan was the surname of the King Rajaraja Chola.   It is covered with intricate and delicate carvings which conveys lots of meaning. It stuns everyone by its indirect beauty. As I passed through the Keralantakan Tiruvasal admiring its beauty the second gopuram
